The contract module allows the administrator to obtain a text-based agreement (think of the „Terms of Use“) that users of a particular role must accept before accessing the site. The agreement is submitted to users directly after login and must be accepted before the user can go to another page. Users can continue to access the homepage () and / logout without accepting the agreement; all other pages transmit the user to the contract acceptance form. Users can also revoke their consent to the agreement by visiting the contract page. The following options can be configured from the module configuration page: A service level agreement (SLA) is a group of SLTs. It defines the agreement between a supplier and a customer for a number of services. The former is used to manage the service within a single company, while the latter is for service providers. Both modules offer the same elements to manage, the differences are the relationships between these elements. In the following sections, we say these differences. With a service level target (SLT), you can define metrics for agreements that need to be met. By default, iTop is offered with two types of metrics: module 7 – Contract agreement, contract management and dispute resolution In addition, theme developers can also overwrite theme_agreement_page (), which is responsible for the presentation of the agreement page. Given the breadth of this document, the discussion presented here is limited to the contractual agreement between the VPS or the concessionaire and the government. The terms of implementation and payment are negotiated between the parties concerned and set out in a number of written agreements they have signed.

When an SPV is created, it is at the center of most of these agreements. In other words, the VPS negotiates contractual agreements with most of the parties involved in the process. If the creation of a VPS is not necessary, the concessionaire (or the private project company sponsoring the project) is at the heart of these agreements and negotiates the contractual agreements with the other parties, including the government involved in the process. There are modules (terms of use and legal) that offer similar functionality when registering. The contract module offers the functionality to display an agreement to an existing user base without users having to register again. With a supplier contract, you can document all the contracts you have with your access providers (support, maintenance, hardware contracts, etc.). This helps you retrieve this information quickly and better manage the contract renewal process…
