At the end of the term of a fixed-term lease, landlords and tenants may accept another limited term or the lease continues from month to month. Rent can only be increased between fixed-term leases with the same tenant, if the terms of termination and time for rent increases are met as landlords and tenants must sign and date the contract. Landlords must provide a printed copy to their tenants within 21 days of the contract. (i) notices, decisions, decisions or agreements made pursuant to Part 5.1 or their summaries; (e) that personal property seized or received by a lessor must be returned outside of this law or a rental agreement; 13 (1) The lessor must prepare in writing any lease agreement concluded on January 1, 2004. (c) a clause for which a landlord or tenant has been ordered by the director that the other`s agreement is not necessary. 6 (1) The rights, obligations and prohibitions provided for by this act apply between the lessor and the tenant under a tenancy agreement. 5. A lessor`s obligations under paragraph 1, period (a) apply regardless of whether or not a tenant was aware of the lessor`s breach of this subsection at the time the lease was concluded. 51.2 (1) In the case of a rental unit in a residential building of 5 or more rental units, a tenant who receives a notification under paragraph 49, paragraph 6, point b), is authorized to enter into a new tenancy agreement on the rental unit for which the notice was made when the tenant received the pre-lease unit after the completion of the renovation or repair work for which the notice was issued. Evacuation of the rental unit, the tenant informs the landlord that the tenant intends to do so.
